Description

This barn, dating from the 18th century, is located approximately 50 meters north of Manor Farmhouse. It features a weatherboard exterior over a light timber frame and has an old plain tiled roof. The barn has a four-bay plan and includes plank double doors with strap hinges, which are likely original. The gabled roof is supported by a collar-truss with side struts, arch-braced to the post, and has butt purlins. The barn occupies a prominent position on The Green, situated between Manor Farmhouse and Spencer's Farmhouse, and is included for its group value.
