THORNTON RUST A 684 NORTH YORKSHIRE RICHMONDSHIRE 5339 SD 98 NE (north side) 14/167 Mile Stone approximately 100 metres west of Wauley Beck - II Mile Stone. Late C19. Cast iron. Triangular in plan. On left side, hand pointing right and "LEYBURN 10 MILES". On right side, hand pointing left and "HAWES 7 MILES". Top damaged.
