Description
This is a row of four cottages located approximately 10 metres south-west of Yore Mill, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The cottages are built of rubble with a stone slate roof and stand two storeys high, featuring eight first-floor windows.
On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a boarded door, paired four-pane sash windows, another boarded door, a four-pane sash window, a part-glazed door with an overlight, another four-pane sash window, a boarded door, a small casement window, and a final four-pane sash window with external shutters. The first floor consists of six four-pane sash windows, a side-sliding sash window, and another four-pane sash window. The roof is hipped at the right end, and there are chimney stacks located between bays two and three, four and five, six and seven, and at the end on the right. The cottages are included for their group value.
