Description

Mill Cottage is a 17th-century two-story cottage located on Pulens Lane. It is timber-framed with brick infilling, now covered with roughcast. The original square framing remains visible. The cottage has a steeply pitched, tiled roof and an old chimney stack, constructed from stone at its base and brick above. A hipped lean-to extension is present on the left side. There are three windows, fitted with sliding sash windows containing glazing bars. A modern, single-story entrance extension has been added to the right. Mill Cottage forms a group with numbers 10, 14, 16, The Old Mill.
