Description

Buckshill Bottom Cottage is a 17th-century house located in Sarratt, with a timber frame and brick nogging. It has a tiled roof and consists of two bays and two storeys. The cottage features two and three light casements and has exposed framing, including posts, a midrail, and studs. The entrance is on the left gable end, which also has an external stack that is offset. The right gable end displays an exposed cambered tie beam supporting a clasped purlin roof. The rear of the cottage has exposed framing and single light casements. There is a 1985 extension on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
