TQ 09 NE SARRATT CHANDLERS LANE (East side) Chandler's Cross 6/264 Yew Court 16.7.75 Farm House GV II

House. Early to mid C18. Extended early C19. Extended, altered and reroofed early C20. Red brick part stuccoed. Tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 window front. Central entrance with early C20 gabled timber porch. Straight joint to earlier build to right, moulded plinth. Ground floor right 2 and 4 light timber casements, ground floor left 3 light casement, first floor 3 and 4 light casements, all with cambered heads. Dentilled brick eaves. Early C20 hipped roof with swept eaves. 2 ridge stacks. Right end stack and lean-to outshut. Left return 4 early C19 bays, stuccoed early C20. Entrance 2nd bay from front, 3 light casements, single light above entrance, cambered heads. Dentilled brick eaves with C20 sprocketed eaves to hipped roof. Cross axial C20 stack at rear end. To rear: 2 and 3 light casements on projecting wing to right, to centre a hipped wing behind which extend lower gabled blocks. To rear left some tilehanging and a first floor 3 light iron frame casement. Interior not inspected.
