Description
This is a 17th-century or earlier house, now divided into two dwellings, located on Village Street. The building has a very steeply pitched tiled roof and a chimney constructed of old bricks, situated off-centre. The front is pebble-dashed, but the western wall reveals visible timber framing with brick infill. The windows have been replaced with casement windows incorporating glazing bars. The doors have also been replaced. The building is part of a group that includes the Queens Head Public House, numbers 1 to 7 and numbers 16 to 20 on the street.
