Description
No. 45 Southover High Street is an 18th-century house that was stuccoed in the early 19th century. It features a stuccoed exterior with a band and boxed eaves, topped by a plain tiled roof. The house has a single segment-headed dormer in the center and a large chimney stack that it shares with No. 46 to the right. It is two stories tall with an attic and has an irregular front with three windows. The windows are mostly glazing bar sashes, except for a central tripartite sash on the ground floor. To the left of the center, there is a panelled door that is topped by a flat hood supported by carved brackets.
