Description

This is a house dating from the early 19th century, with later 19th-century alterations. It is constructed of grey headers with red brick quoins and dressings. The roof is covered in shallow, plain tiles, features a flat wooden eaves soffit and has tall end stacks. A dormer window is located to the left of centre.

The house is three storeys and an attic, and has an irregular arrangement of windows: three on the second floor, three on the first floor, and four on the ground floor. The second floor has two sash windows to the right. A large, canted oriel bay window, supported by moulded brackets and a transom, extends from the first to the second floor to the left. The ground floor has mullion windows above the entrance on the left and a three-light by seven-high window to the right, rising from the ground to the first floor. The central window has engraved glass. An arched entrance, with key- and impost-blocks, is located to the right of centre, and features a recessed panelled door with a fanlight above.
