Description
Nos 12 and 13 Southover High Street are a pair of houses dating from the early to mid-18th century. They have painted mathematical tiles and a plain tiled roof, with a tall central brick stack. The roof is punctuated by two small, flat-headed dormers. The houses are two storeys and attics, with a four-window front which is slightly shifted to the right. They feature glazing bar sashes with open boxes. There are entrances beneath the second and fourth windows from the left, each with a panelled door and a flat hood above. The hood to the left-hand entrance has carved brackets and a fanlight.
