Cottage. Early C18, C19. Chalk blocks with brick dressings and galleted pointing, brick additions, tilehung front 1st floor, old plain tile roof. C18 2 bay building with massive added stack at right and C19 parallel range, with cellar, added to rear, and C20 conservatory at left end. Central C19 weatherboarded gabled porch with top glazed double doors. Each side a C19 3-light casement tilehanging applies to 1st floor around 2 C19 2-light casements. Eaves rebuilt C19 with dentilations. Stack has blue headers some formed into diamond shape. Roof hipped at left.
