Description

No. 18 College Path is a 17th-century house that has two storeys and three windows. It was re-fronted in the early 19th century and is now covered in pebble dash. The low-pitched, hipped slate roof is much later than the original house and was likely replaced during the re-fronting. The house features widely spaced, recessed sash windows with glazing bars and blind cases. There is a modern shop front on the left side of the ground floor, and to its right, there is a door with six fielded panels, a cornice head, and a radial fanlight set in a panelled reveal. Inside, some 17th-century and 18th-century panelling can be found on the first floor.
