Description

Wheatham Farmhouse is a house located on an old site, dating from the 17th century with early 19th-century alterations. The walls are made of ironstone, featuring stone and brick quoins, a plinth, and a north-east gable constructed of brick. The building includes two stone mullioned window frames and shows signs of changes to its window openings, most of which have brick quoins, flat or cambered arches, and stone cills. It has a tile roof and consists of a main house with a later rear wing. The west front is symmetrical, with two storeys and three windows, which are sashes set in reveals. There is a 20th-century brick porch with a tile roof.
