Description

Cheesecombe Farmhouse is an 18th-century house, though with origins in the 17th century, and early 20th-century extensions and restoration. The walls are of brickwork in Flemish bond, with blue headers, and a plinth above a malmstone base. The rear extensions are of malmstone with brick dressings. The roof is tiled, with brick dentil eaves. The south front features two storeys and five windows, with casements, one replacing a filled doorway. The interior retains main beams from the 17th century, a large chimney-breast of the 17th century, and a smaller one dating to the 18th century.
