Description
This is a milepost located in Hartington, dating from the early 20th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular shape, standing about 800 millimeters high. The inclined head of the milepost is inscribed with "SHEEN" and "WARSLOW 2/LEEK 10" on the left side, and "HARTINGTON 1" on the right side.
