Description
Nettletor Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1830. It features rendered stone that is incised to resemble ashlar, with gritstone dressings. The roof is covered with 20th-century tiles and has a stone ridge. The farmhouse has stone gable end stacks and stone coped gables with plain kneelers. There is a plain eaves band, a first-floor sill band, and a plain plinth. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorcase has a plain surround and is topped with a bracketed stone hood that has reeded moulding. On either side of the doorcase, there are rendered bands, and there are glazing bar sash windows in plain gritstone surrounds on both sides. The upper floor has three similar windows, and above the central window, there is a circular stepped plaque inscribed with the date '1830'.
