SK 17 NE PARISH OF LITTON THE GREEN 1/59 (North Side) 12.7.67 Holly Cottage (formerly listed as house next N but one of the Clergy House) GV II

House. Mid C18, altered C19. Rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. One brick and one stone gable end stack. Two storeys. West elevation of two bays. Off-centre doorway with stone surround and bracketed stone lintel. C20 door. Outline of earlier doorway to left. Flanked on each side by casement windows set in plain stone surrounds. Two similar windows above. Listed for group value only.
