Description

71 North Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. The front is rendered, and the upper storeys are likely timber-framed. It has a slated roof and stands three storeys tall, with a single window width. The ground storey features a window set to the left and a doorway to the right. The doorway is flanked by pilasters that support an entablature extending across the entire front. The reveals are panelled, and there is a fanlight with margin panes above the door. The ground storey window has six-paned sashes, while the upper storeys have eight-paned sashes. The building also has a boxed eaves-cornice.
