Description

This is an early 19th-century house, originally a single dwelling, now subdivided into three properties (69, 69A, and 69B/C), with a pair of cottages situated in the rear garden, likely dating from the mid-19th century. The front facade is rendered, with the upper floors likely timber-framed. The rear garden cottages are built of exposed stone rubble. All buildings have slate roofs, with a hipped roof to the left-hand side of number 69B. There are two substantial chimneys visible on the rear wall of numbers 69 and 69A.

Numbers 69 and 69A are three storeys high and feature three windows across the front. A four-panelled door occupies the space where a ground-floor window would have been. To the left of this door is a window with a 12-pane sash in a recessed frame. To the right is a combination of a four-panelled door and a 10-pane sash window within a single opening. A further four-panelled door provides access to a side passage on the right-hand side. The upper-storey windows are 8-pane sashes in moulded flush frames. A deep boxed cornice runs along the eaves. Numbers 69B and 69C are two storeys high, with small-paned wooden casement windows. The upper storey of number 69C is derelict and without a roof.
