NORTH BOVEY SX 78 SW 4/245 Barn approximately 8 metres to - north of Youlden Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. Probably C18. Granite rubble walls with larger quoins and brick dressings to some openings. Corrugated iron roof, hipped at either end. Long rectangular plan with central threshing floor, storage loft above. 2 storeys. Tall cart entrance doorway to left of centre with double doors and canopy above. 2 smaller doorways to right with segmental arched brick lintels. Small window opening in between. First floor loading door to right of centre. Interior and roof structure not inspected.
