Description

Nos. 3 and 5 West Street is a house with a shop that dates from the early 19th century. The front is rendered and is likely timber-framed, topped with a slated roof. There are two rendered chimneys on the left gable wall. The building has three storeys with two widely spaced windows. The late 20th-century shop front is present on the ground floor, while the upper storeys feature 8-paned sash windows set in moulded flush frames. The building is finished with a deep boxed eaves-cornice.
