Description
The barn at Wallsworth Farm is a detached structure dating from the 15th century or earlier, with some 20th-century alterations. It features weatherboarding and a corrugated iron roof, which was originally thatched. On the right side, there is a 20th-century lean-to that is not of special interest. The barn has double doors located off-centre to the right, a 4-pane window to the left, and a plank door at the far left. There is also a pitching window at the left gable end, and the roof is hipped at the left end. Inside, the barn consists of six bays supported by three full cruck trusses with collars, along with a trenched purlin. The other trusses are made of posts and trusses with queen struts.
