Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on North Street in Winchcombe. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a concrete tile roof and a stack on the right-hand side. The house is two storeys high and features a single window with good 19th-century sash windows with glazing bars set within broad surrounds. A six-panel flush door is approached by three stone steps. The property has undergone few alterations, primarily the replacement of the roof covering. It forms a notable group with numbers 40, 42, and 44 on the same street.
