Description

Tophams is an early 19th-century house in a row, located on the north-west side of Friday Street, Painswick. The house is constructed of ashlar limestone with a concrete tile roof. It is three storeys high and has two windows, each with a 12-pane sash set within stone sills. A cellar opening is situated to the left. An off-centre, part-glazed door is set back two steps on the right. A plinth runs along the base and a gable stack is present to the left. This building exhibits group value.
