Description

The Dream Factory is a house with a shop, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone with ashlar dressings, featuring a plain string course and a plinth. The roof is made of concrete tiles. The building has two storeys and two windows, which contain 16-pane sash windows set on stone sills. There is a central four-panel door located in a deep reveal, topped by a deep transom light, and it is accessed by one step. At the rear left, there is a wing. The building also has two stone gable stacks that have been raised in concrete block.
