Description

Gower House is a building that dates back to the 18th century and was originally two houses, now combined into one. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a stone slate mansard roof with a brick stack on the right side. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two wide-set windows that are 2-light casements with bars. Above these, there are dormers over sashes that also have glazing bars. Additionally, there are two 19th-century oriel windows with glazing bars and a moulded entablature. On the left side, there is an off-centre six-panel flush door that is topped by a transom light with margin bars.
