Description

Number 13 on North Street is a wide front dwelling and shop, dating from the 17th century or earlier. The building has a smooth rendered exterior and a Welsh slate roof. It is two storeys tall with an attic, featuring two windows and gabled dormers that are set high in the roof slope. The dormers are positioned above small sash windows with glazing bars. The shop front, which is from the 19th century, has a layout of 1:3:1 centered bays beneath a continuous fascia, with a stone stall riser and a central glazed door from the 20th century. At the back, there is a deep wing that includes some timber framing.
