Description

This is an early 18th-century house on North Street in Winchcombe. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and has a half-hipped roof covered in stone slates. The building has a narrow front, and it is possible it represents only one half of a former dwelling that was originally twice the width, or possibly two dwellings. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and it features two-window arrangements. The windows are 2-light casements with good 18th-century stone moulded architraves and square-section sills. A three-panel part-glazed door is set within a stone moulded architrave and surmounted by a triangular pediment.
