Description
The former dovecote, located approximately 40 meters southeast of Hasfield Court, is now used as a store. It dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century and was altered in the mid to late 19th century. The building features a red tile roof and has a rectangular plan with two storeys and a band between the floors. The southwest-facing gable ends have a four-panelled door. The northeast-facing gable end includes two windows with marginal glazing bars set within basket-headed limestone surrounds on the ground floor, as well as small single lights with stained glass towards the apex of the gable ends. The gable ends and eaves are adorned with cusped bargeboarding.
