C18, refenestrated C20. Pair of houses, formerly one, as parallel range behind houses in Barton Street, Nos 51 & 52 (qv), to internal valley gutter. Brickwork, with painted gable retaining some timber-framing, slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 3-windowed. 2 small 2-light C19 raking dormers in half-hipped mansard roof, above three C20 casements at first floor, and 2 at ground floor to segmental brick heads with flat extrados and central key, all to stone cills. Central C20 porch. INTERIOR not inspected.
