Description

A pair of late 18th-century houses situated in a row, with a parallel range of two cottages behind. The houses are constructed of painted brick with a tile roof. They are two storeys and have an attic, originally featuring a two-window front. Two small dormers are present; one has a raking roof and two-light casement, and the other has a flat roof and two-light casement with leaded lights. The first floor has a 20-pane sash window with an exposed box, and a three-light window. The ground floor has a wide 20-pane sash and a tripartite sash window with a 4:12:4-pane arrangement, both with segmental heads. An off-centre six-panel door is positioned to the left, with two steps leading up to it. A low four-panel fielded door, also with a segmental head and one step, is located on the far right. A stack is set behind the ridge, on the right-hand side. The building has a rendered plinth and brick dentil eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
