Detached house. Early-mid C19. Rendered brick. Slate roof with brick stacks. Rectangular plan to main body with a later extension to the left gable end. C20 flat-roofed extension at rear not of special interest. Main body; 2 storeys with a symmetrical, 3- windowed facade. Sixteen-panes sashes to ground and first floors. Stopped hoods over the ground floor windows. Twelve-pane sash over central fielded 6-panel front door with fanlights. Simplified engaged Doric columns either side of the door supporting a projecting frieze with a projecting moulded capping. Band between ground and first floors. Pilasters offset from the corners of the facade. Simple incised decoration to band and pilasters. Hipped roof. Stacks within hipped gable ends. Interior not inspected.
