Detached house. Mid-late C19. Brick with incised render at the front; pebbledashed gable ends. Rectangular plan with later extensions to the rear. Symmetrical 3-windowed facade lit by 12- pane sashes, central 6-panel doorway with a plain glass fanlight within a flat-roofed latticework porch. Gable-end stacks. Flat coping to gable end parapets. Interior not inspected.
