Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a 17th-century cottage featuring square-panelled timber framing with rendered infill and a thatched roof. It has a painted and rendered rubble stack with a brick shaft. The cottage has a rectangular plan and stands at one and a half storeys tall. On the west-facing elevation, there are two 2-light casements from the 20th century. A 20th-century plank door leads to a small lean-to, which has another 20th-century plank door against the projecting stack at the south gable end, along with a small 2-light casement above it. The interior has not been inspected.
