Description

Holly Copse Cottage is a 17th-century cottage featuring timber framing with rendered infill, likely on brick, and a thatched roof. It has a brick stack at the right end. The cottage has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. There is a plank door located to the left of the center, with two-light casements on both the left and right sides. A three-light casement is positioned on the first floor to the right. The left return of the cottage displays a queen post roof truss. The interior has not been inspected.
