Description

Holly Copse is a house dating back to the 16th century, with alterations from the 17th and 18th centuries, and a 20th-century extension to the rear. It is constructed of painted flint with brick dressings on the left, and painted brick on the right, with a plain tile roof and a brick ridge stack to the left of centre. The house is two storeys high, with a three-window front. A plank door is located to the right of centre, sheltered by a probably 19th-century open timber-framed porch with a hipped tiled roof. The windows are irregular wooden leaded casements. The roof is gabled with a cross-gable to the right. Timber framing is visible on the left return, and a brick band runs between the ground and first floors on the right return. The interior has not been inspected.
