Description
Old Keepers Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with extensions from the 18th and 19th centuries. The structure features large timber framing with brick infill in the center, flint with brick dressings on the right, and red brick on the left. It has a corrugated iron roof and a brick chimney. The cottage is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. There are plank doors to the left and right of the center, two 2-light casements in the center, and another 2-light casement to the right. It also has two dormers, with the roof being half-hipped to the left and a ridge stack located to the left of center. The rear showcases timber framing, and there is a queen post roof truss at the right gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
