Description
Holmes Oak is a house that likely dates from the late 17th century. It is constructed of red brick featuring flared headers and has a plain tile roof with a central brick ridge stack. The building follows a lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall, with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a flat hood supported on brackets. On either side of the door, there are three-light stone mullion leaded windows. A brick band runs between the ground and first floors. The first floor features a two-light stone mullion leaded window in the centre, with three-light stone mullion leaded windows on both sides. The eaves are adorned with a shaped cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
