Description
Rose Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings and features a plain tile half-hipped roof, along with a brick ridge stack positioned to the right of the center. The house has a single storey and an attic, with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a plank door set beneath an open timber-framed porch. To the left of the door, there is a three-light wood leaded casement window, while to the right, there are two two-light wood leaded casement windows. The roof is adorned with three gabled dormers. At the rear, the fenestration is irregular, featuring a 20th-century French window to the left. The interior has not been inspected. There is a lean-to addition on the left side and a hipped roof addition on the right side.
