House in row, formerly three small cottages. Late C18. Flemish and English bond brickwork, low-pitched tile roof, brick stacks. Two storeys, three-windowed. At first floor are C20 steel casements, and at ground floor two replacement casements, that to left under brick voussoirs, and to centre with segmental arch and fluted keystone with cornice. Far right is wide opening with garage doors under brick tympanum to segmental arch. Between bays one and two a C20 part-glazed door under brick arch and filled tympanum. Brick stack left, and to right of door; two-course brick string to right hand unit only.

INTERIOR not inspected. There are straight joints between each of the properties and to those adjoining.
