Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house in a row, which may incorporate earlier fabric. The front is built of English bond brickwork, with a tile roof and brick stacks. It is two storeys and an attic, featuring a two-window front. Above the 12-pane sash windows are gabled dormers with facing boxes, set under half-brick segmental arches. An off-centre right entrance has a 19th-century four-panel door, approached by two stone steps and set within a segmental brick head. The eaves have brick dentil detailing and there are brick end stacks. The interior has not been inspected. The building is flush with its neighbours, but the brickwork displays a straight joint on either side.
