Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house located on River Head in Driffield. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a timber frame with a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys and an attic, with a symmetrical three-bay design. The front elevation features a six-panel door with an oblong fanlight, set beneath a flat, gauged brick arch. All windows are 16-pane sashes with sills under channelled wedge lintels. 20th-century roof dormers have been added. The house has end and axial stacks with plain close verges.
