Description
This is a late 18th-century house on Church Street, South Cave. It is constructed of small squared rubble with brick dressings and has a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys high with a three-window front and a lobby-entry plan. A 20th-century four-panel door is positioned between the first and second bays, flanked to the right and left by four-pane sash windows, all set within flat arches. The first floor has three matching sash windows. A dentilled brick eaves cornice runs along the top of the building, and the raised gables feature brick tumbling on the left gable. The house has end and axial stacks.
