Description

This is a late 18th-century house situated on the south side of the River Head in Driffield. Constructed of brick with stone dressings, the house has a pantiled roof. The symmetrical front elevation features three bays. The front door has six raised and fielded panels above a fanlight with radial glazing, set within a doorcase featuring moulded pilasters and a low pediment. All windows are 16-pane sashes with sills, set beneath flat, gauged brick arches. An end stack has tumbled-in brick to the plain close verges.
