Description

Laxford House is a late 18th-century house in Bewdley. It is constructed of brick with a tile roof and has gable end stacks. The house is two storeys high with an attic space lit by two gabled dormers, and features boxed wooden eaves. There are three windows to the front elevation: two four-pane sash windows, and a window with a cross-pattern design. The window to the left has a plastered architrave. All windows have plastered wedge lintels. The ground floor features three windows, two four-pane sash windows flanking a wooden cross-window, all under plastered wedge lintels. A ledged and boarded door is situated to the left of the centre of the building. The house has undergone alterations in the late 20th century.
