Description
This is a house located at 30 Severn Side South, built in the early 18th century with some alterations made in the late 20th century. The structure is made of brick and features a tiled roof. It has two storeys and an attic, which is illuminated by two gabled dormers. The building has a dentilled brick cornice and a band at the ground floor level. There are two windows on the upper floor, which are wooden cross-windows set under segmental heads. On the ground floor, there is a 3-light casement window under a segmental head to the left, and to the right, an entrance that features a 3-pane overlight and a 20th-century ledged and boarded door. To the left of the entrance, there is a cast iron plate that reads "Court/ No/ 3".
