Description
Seven Gables is a house built in the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has an old plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring a four-bay front block with a rear section that extends further to the right. The front of the house has a blocked doorway to the left of the centre. In the left bay, there is a 20th-century leaded two-light steel casement window in its original opening, which is topped with a rubbed brick arch. To the right, there are three 18th-century two-light leaded solid frame casements arranged in a row, with the end windows set beneath rubbed brick heads. On the first floor, there are four openings with rubbed brick heads; the end two are blind, while the centre two have similar 20th-century casements. The roof is hipped and features two early 20th-century three-light hipped dormers. There are chimney stacks located on the rear section of the house.
