Description
The J and L Inglis Stables of the Vine Inn is a building that serves as a shop with stables located behind it. It dates from the 18th and 19th centuries and is constructed of brick, with the shop front being colourwashed and the roof covered in old plain tiles. The building is single storey and has its end facing the road. The shop features a single bay with two 8-pane windows and a 20th-century door, along with a three-light casement window in the gable. The roof is half-hipped. On the side that overlooks the stream, the brick shop includes a casement window, while the rest of the structure is weatherboarded. This side has a three-light casement window and a door in the store facing the Vine Inn, with brick used in all but the far bays, where there are doors or double doors in each bay.
