Description
Nethertoft is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick, rendered, and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and four bays, arranged in a 1:1:2 pattern. The main entrance consists of a six-panel door with an oblong fanlight, set within a pilastered doorcase that has a shallow moulded cornice. This is flanked by 16-pane sash windows with sills beneath cambered lintels. To the right, there is a 20th-century inserted door and window with glazing bars. On the first floor, there are 12-pane unequal sashes with sills to the left and centre, and a sliding sash with glazing bars to the right. The house features a stepped brick eaves cornice, end and axial stacks, and plain close verges.
