Description
Corner House is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick, which has been colour-washed, and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The entrance is marked by a 20th-century panelled door with an overlight that includes a glazing bar, set within a panelled soffit and reveals. This door is framed by a pilastered doorcase topped with a projecting cornice on the right side. To the left of the door, there is a 16-pane sash window with a sill beneath a channelled wedge lintel. On the first floor, there is a sash window with glazing bars and a sill positioned above the door, along with another 16-pane sash window with a sill to the left. The house features a dentilled brick eaves cornice, an axial stack, and a hipped roof to the left.
